Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd and Shell Timur Sdn Bhd have entered into a long-term agreement with Orkim Sdn Bhd to charter two vessels for the transportation of petroleum products across Peninsular and East Malaysia. These vessels, equipped with advanced safety and environmental features, will enhance Shell Malaysia’s Downstream fuels business, ensuring efficient distribution.
The agreement was signed between Shairan Huzani Husain, Managing Director of Shell Malaysia, and Capt Cheah Sin Bi, CEO of Orkim. Both parties emphasized the collaboration’s role in strengthening local industry capabilities and their longstanding partnership in the petroleum sector.
